POSITION TITLE: Pre-K Teacher Assistant SITE: Tulls Creek Elementary School REPORTS TO: Principal and Pre-K Director STARTING DATE: August 10, 2026 EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED: Associates or Higher in Early Childhood Education or related field Commitment to high achievement for all students Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Positive role model both professionally and personally PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBLITIES: Ability to work cooperatively and constructively with others Assist Classroom Teacher as requested Ability/willingness to work a daily schedule focused on student’s personal and academic needs Ability to handle a fast-paced, intense work environment Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills with broad and diverse audiences Behave as a positive role model both professionally and personally Maintain classroom surroundings to enhance the learning environment Work towards meeting academic, social, emotional, and health and physical needs of students BENEFITS: Competitive salary based on experience and education.
