Overview The IS Delivery Pre-Construction Estimator is responsible for developing policies for preparing cost estimates for product manufacturing and services. Responsibilities Assess the cost-effectiveness of products and services. Track actual costs as the project develops. Collaborate with leaders from other departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues. Assess cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentations. Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change. Qualifications Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 3
