Position Location: Suwanee, GA Overview The Preconstruction Manager leads and manages the preconstruction process for complex industrial construction projects, from early concept through project handoff. This role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, schedules, scopes, and execution strategies while partnering closely with operations, estimating, design teams, and clients. The Preconstruction Manager plays a critical role in risk identification, value optimization, subcontractor engagement, and client-facing presentations, ensuring projects are positioned for successful execution. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to balance detail-driven analysis with strategic decision-making.
