Premium Bartender | Part-Time | Allegiant Stadium Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Position Summary The Premium Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.77-$17.21 and is tip eligible (per CBA). Benefits are per the union agreement. This position will remain open until June 26, 2026. About the Venue Allegiant Stadium is the technologically-advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment including concerts and special sporting events. Responsibilities Must demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellent in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards. Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described. Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks including state/federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol. Responsible to learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties & spirits available, and be able to learn to suggestively upsell products to guests.
