Prep Center Coordinator

HUB is a very well-established Truck Leasing and Rental Corporation and seeking a team player to join our Prep Center in Farmingdale.We are growing by the day.This exciting and challenging opportunity is ideal for an individual seeking an excellent opportunity in the trucking industry.We are celebrating over 65 years in business and still going strong! In the role you will build and maintain relationships with our internal sales team, branch managers, other internal departments as well as vendors.The key responsibility of the position is to oversee the new vehicles that are being brought in and manage the new truck process from start to completion.The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work in a fast paced enviroment.RESPONSIBILITES:Check in new vehicles and process documents to appropriate departments Complete yard count and upload into Hub system Keep status of trucks updated Update work schedule for Tech's and yardperson Review and enter all RO's, Invoices and swaps Order all parts and supplies for the facility including core returns Lettering needs for new trucks, existing trucks and accident trucks Record 360's of all new and used trucks PMI's of all new and used trucks Approve vacations and arrange for coverage when needed as well as approve payroll for the branch Support and cover road service when needed including paperwork entries Maintain a safe and clean work environment Answer phones and respond to emails This position offers an opportunity to be a vital part of our administrative team while developing your skills in office management, customer service, and organizational operations.Pay:$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
