Prep Cook

Nation Kitchen and Bar is looking for a prep cook to join our team to help keep our kitchen organized, stocked, and ready for service. This position is ideal for someone who works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and enjoys behind-the-scenes kitchen work. Responsibilities: Food prep and portioning Following recipes and prep lists Maintaining cleanliness and organization Stocking and rotating product Dishwashing Assisting the kitchen team as needed *Saturday and Sunday availability required. *Employee meal included *Opportunity for a pay increase after a successful first 30 days evaluation .
