Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our team. The Prep Cook will assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen, ensuring excellent quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items under the supervision of the Chef Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Clean and maintain kitchen stations Requirements: Proven experience as a Prep Cook or relevant role Knowledge of food safety practices Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Culinary school diploma is a plus If you have a passion for food preparation, possess strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
