Prep Cook

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detailed Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties Prepare ingredients for menu items Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food production Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, ovens, grills and dishwasher Experience Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment If you are passionate about food preparation, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen setting, we invite you to apply for the Prep Cook position with us.
