Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery Prepare and assemble food items following established quality standards and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and food prep stations to uphold health standards Assist in restocking supplies, condiments, and utensils to keep the restaurant well-equipped for service Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues quickly to ensure satisfaction Support team members during busy periods by stepping into various roles as needed to keep operations smooth Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to learn food safety procedures and follow health regulations diligently Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
