Prep Team Member

Folino's Pizza creates high quality Vermont artisan pizza from scratch. It all starts with our dedicated, hard-working prep team. The prep team at our newest location in South Burlington will be responsible for sauce preparation, fresh vegetable slicing and cutting, placing and receiving orders, and organization of kitchen spaces. In addition, we are seeking someone who is able to help with lunch service. We are looking to build a fun, efficient, and team-oriented crew in South Burlington. What you’ll do Creating daily and weekly prep list to ensure the team is fully prepared for service General kitchen tasks such as knife work, measuring, mixing, and portioning Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment and ensure compliance with health regulations Submit and receive orders via online portals Maintain strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards Schedule Requirements: Shifts typically begin at 8am and run until daily tasks are completed and lunch has service has subsided, between 3pm and 5pm One weekend day or the weekend is required to support our busier days Who you are: Accuracy when following recipes, processes, and production Punctuality to morning start times Self-starter and able to work independently Organized and clean Ready to help out as needed as a team player Folino’s Pizza's pay structure is competitive in the industry with frequent opportunities to earn more as you learn and grow with us.
