Job Summary Job Summary we are growing and looking for experienced team members to join our print production department. Positions Available Prepress Operator Responsibilities Prepare customer artwork for production Check files for print readiness, bleeds, trapping, color accuracy, and dielines Create/impose layouts for offset and digital printing Generate proofs and communicate with production team Ensure barcode and packaging artwork compliance Work with Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, PitStop, and related prepress software Operate digital production presses Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of paper stocks, color calibration, and print workflows Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Packaging and commercial print experience preferred Maintain print quality and color consistency Set up jobs, substrates, and finishing requirements Troubleshoot minor machine issues Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Perform routine maintenance and cleaning Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.46 - $29.45 per hour Benefits Paid time off Work Location: In person
