The teachers are responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans following curricular and stimulating young and curious minds. This person would be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment. Educational Qualifications An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or a related field. Responsibilities Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment Develop lesson plans to advance children’s physical and intellectual competence Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance Establish positive and effective relations with parents Ability to multitask and work well with others Qualifications Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field or Child Development Associate At least 2 year experience working with children in a center Benefits Paid Time Off 401(K) and 401(K) matching Employee discounts
