We are searching for a high-quality lead teachers in a private early childhood setting, excellent working conditions with a great team of teachers. Requirements: Preschool CDA certificate (RIECETP) or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field. 2+ years of experience in a licensed daycare setting. Ability to pass National & State Background Checks. Responsibilities: Experience and demonstrated ability in working with children. Strong attention to detail, timelines, and great multi-tasking skills. Self-motivator and problem solver. Excellent communicator and shows confidence in building and maintaining relationships with children and parents. Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to follow curriculum and manage lesson plans, under the RIELD Standards. Someone wants to advance in their career. Benefits: Childcare Discount.
