Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher specializing in toddler care to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional growth tailored for toddlers. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management. Plan engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles and support individualized learning needs, including special education and early intervention strategies. Manage daily classroom activities, including diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor play, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on children’s progress and developmental milestones. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program quality through shared best practices in childhood development and classroom management. Maintain detailed records of student progress, assessments, and standardized testing results to support ongoing learning objectives. Experience Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting, with a focus on toddler care. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood education disciplines such as literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and behavior management. Prior experience with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and child welfare. Knowledge of special education needs and early intervention programs is highly desirable. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Previous private school or daycare experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential.
