Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices. Maintain classroom organization and manage student behavior effectively. Incorporate play-based learning techniques to stimulate curiosity and enthusiasm. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and practices. Requirements: State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education. Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents. Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
