Description Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate preschool teacher to join our preschool program. The preschool teacher pursues full devotion to Christ and the life we are inviting others to live, while manifesting the fruit of the Spirit in work habits and relationships. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can develop social, emotional, and academic skills through interactive learning experiences. Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Encourage social and emotional growth through group activities and individual attention. Monitor and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain an engaging classroom setting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and educational standards. Requirements: Qualifications: Certification or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Lead Teacher Qualified. Director Qualified preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for early childhood learning. Be a fully initiated Catholic in the communion of the Catholic Church and intentionally living out the five precepts of the Church (CCC 2041-2043). Refrain from promotion or approval of, or living out of, any conduct or lifestyle that would reflect discredit or disgrace on, or cause scandal in relationship to, the Archdiocese of Denver, or considered to be in contradiction with Catholic doctrine or morals. Physical Requirements: Requires lifting up to 40 pounds and carrying up to 40 pounds. Ability to bend, stop, kneel and crouch repeatedly to engage with children at their level and support classroom activities. Ability to execute appropriate safety and emergency procedures, including leading evacuations and providing basic first aid .
