The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the leadership, vision, and management necessary to support member-initiated and member-implemented innovative ideas that align with the company's strategic initiatives and goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continual recruitment, growth, and retention of members. The President and CEO must have a strong business mindset, a deep understanding of finance, and the ability to evaluate market conditions to identify and capitalize on opportunities while mitigating threats. Compliance with governance, programmatic, and HR policies is also a key aspect of the position. In addition to internal management, the President and CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to create and promote the company's brand externally. This includes maintaining and fostering relationships with various stakeholders, such as government officials and the general public. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and a champion of the company's mission.
