Direct operational functions and educational activities of nine (9) programs of study for Baptist Health. Other Information: Education required: Doctorate (Ph.D., D.N.P., or Ed.D.). Minimum experience: Sufficient previous teaching/training experience in a formal setting and practice as a healthcare professional educator. Field-of-Expertise Preferred: Education; Administration level. Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Education and personnel management; knowledge of learning theory, teaching techniques and evaluation of educational outcomes for effectiveness. Other: Express willingness to exemplify and promote Baptist Health Values and Code of Ethical Conduct. Receptive to change. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
