President About the Company Leading international recruitment agency specializing in AI & machine learning talent Industry Staffing and Recruiting Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a President with a strong background in AI and a proven track record of using advanced tools to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a power user of AI technologies, particularly those that can be applied to build, automate, and scale processes across various business functions. This role is not limited to developers; it is open to leaders, managers, and doers who have a deep understanding of how to leverage AI to replace and enhance human effort, with a focus on real business impact. The successful candidate will be part of a network that applies AI capabilities across marketing, operations, product, technology, sales, and other areas, and should be prepared to demonstrate a history of using such tools to automate workflows, improve systems, analyze data, and support commercial decision-making. Applicants for this role at the company should have a background that includes at least 3-5 years in a high-growth environment, with experience in DTC, eCommerce, digital marketplace, or online customer acquisition models. A strong understanding of business categories such as sports, supplements, health, fitness, and similar profiles is also important. The company is looking for individuals who can be considered A-Players, meaning they have a history of delivering results, have operated in similar environments, and can clearly articulate the commercial impact of their work.
