This executive will work closely with the Board to ensure the execution of the company's vision, goals, and policies, and will oversee all functional areas, including lending, finance, compliance, HR, and operations. Key responsibilities also include ensuring regulatory compliance, sound risk management practices, driving business development, and community engagement, as well as building and leading a high-performing management team. Applicants for the President role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in a financial institution, with a proven track record in leadership and management. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
