President About the Company Respected specialty trades contracting company Industry Construction Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a President to lead and optimize its operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, managing all operations and administration, and ensuring the company's mission, goals, and quality standards are met. This role requires a strategic and operational leader with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, strong leadership and motivational skills, and the ability to create and manage operational processes. The President will be the integrator for the organization, responsible for the alignment, accountability, and performance of the leadership team. A big-picture thinker, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing growth, be a supreme communicator, and have a resourceful, figure-it-out-and-get-it-done mentality. Candidates for the President position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of senior management experience, with a background in the construction or specialty trades industry, particularly with public works and industrial projects. The role demands a leader with exceptional business and financial acumen, a strategic mindset, and a strong Midwestern work ethic. The President will be expected to have a hands-on approach to problem-solving, be proactive, and have a history of driving results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or management is required, with a preference for an MBA. The ideal candidate will be a diplomatic leader, with a proven ability to influence and build cohesive teams, and will be committed to personal and professional growth for themselves and their team.
