Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy. Change tooling, set ram positions, speeds, and backstops to meet specifications. Record production and scrap data accurately in the ERP system. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Inspect first-piece run and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality. Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues promptly.
