Press Brake Operator

PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR Dayshift 7am to 3:30pm $18.50 Duties and Responsibilities:Set up and operate hydraulic press brake Understand dimensions, tolerances and angles of formed part Calculate bend locations, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part Verify all parts are present and correctly formed to specs Organize work area before and after parts are processed stack completed parts properly on tables or pallets Update production board with status of orders throughout the day Detect equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjust machine with in capabilities.Report all machine malfunctions to management.Requirements:One year of press brake experience Ability to perform basic math questions accurately Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to multi task, work in a fast paced environment Ability to stand and walk through out the entire shift of 8 to 10 hours Ability to lift 50 lbs when required multiple times through out the work day.
