Staff Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our automotive manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production press machines used to manufacture automotive parts while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to maintaining high-quality production and workplace safety. Shift - Sunday to Thursday 10:30 pm to 7 am . Employment Types: Full Time, Direct Hire. Pay Rate: $21.97 - $23.07 / hour Duties Process quality parts on powder metal presses of related equipment. Adjust machines as required to assure part quality. Operate all types of compacting or restrike presses. Use calibrated gauges to properly check and record production to specific tolerances. Use SPC charts and support equipment to maintain quality as required. Load and unload parts and visually inspect parts for defects. Check and weigh parts according to schedule and job specification. Perform necessary preventative maintenance on machines as required. Perform necessary recordkeeping and paperwork. Help train and assist operators as required.
