Ripon, Wisconsin (On-Site) $71,000 - $80,000 per year Job Type:Full-Time Industry:Consumer Goods / Manufacturing Experience Level:Mid-Level (5-8 Years Experience) Openings:1 Relocation Assistance:Available Visa Sponsorship:Not available Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Press Production Supervisor to lead high-volume stamping press operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This leadership role emphasizes safety, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.The ideal candidate thrives in high-demand production settings and demonstrates strong team development and accountability leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety Leadership Champion a safety-first culture across the department Enforce safety policies and conduct audits Lead root-cause investigations for incidents and near-misses Ensure PPE compliance and safety training completion Team Leadership & Development Lead with a servant leadership mindset Coach, mentor, and develop production team members Support cross-training initiatives Address attendance, conduct, and policy compliance Serve as first point of contact for employee relations Interface with union representatives when necessary Production Oversight Supervise stamping press department operations Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met Optimize manpower allocation and machine utilization Adapt quickly to production changes and minimize downtime Continuous Improvement Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen) Analyze downtime, scrap, and bottlenecks Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams Drive efficiency and throughput improvements Reporting & Communication Maintain production and safety KPI records Communicate operational performance to leadership Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field Proven servant leadership mindset Experience supervising manufacturing teams Experience in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environments Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles Experience in stamping press operations preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending and stooping Ability to lift up to 50 lbs What Success Looks Like Strong production floor leadership presence Ability to meet aggressive production targets Team development and accountability Continuous operational improvement Job Type:Full-time Pay:$80,000.00 per year Application Question(s):1.Education What is the candidate's highest level of education? 2.Professional Profile Please provide the link to the candidate's LinkedIn profile:3.Location & Relocation Where is the candidate located?
