Responsibilities Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, vehicles, and other surfaces. Prepare work areas by setting up hoses, nozzles, and safety barriers to ensure a secure working environment. Assess surfaces to determine the appropriate pressure settings and cleaning solutions needed for optimal results. Remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, graffiti, and other debris from various surfaces using high-pressure water streams. Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to keep tools in top condition and prevent breakdowns. Follow safety protocols diligently to protect yourself and others from hazards associated with high-pressure cleaning. Document completed work and report any issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks. Experience Prior experience operating pressure washers or similar equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Good physical stamina and strength to handle equipment and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
