Overview McMorris Power Washing Looking for 1-2 preferrably, experienced pressure washing technicians. Starting from 180-200 for full day. Starting from around 7:30-8 am to around 7-7:30. Some days may run a tad later, closer to around 8. Will go over technician's role in depth during meeting. Able to follow instructions and directions. Duties Operate high-pressure washers and related equipment safely and efficiently to clean a variety of surfaces, including buildings, vehicles, machinery, and concrete structures Inspect equipment regularly, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Prepare work sites by setting up protective barriers, securing power sources, and ensuring proper water drainage Collaborate with team members to plan cleaning schedules and execute projects within designated timeframes Document work performed, including before-and-after photos, service reports, and maintenance logs Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures Qualifications Proven experience operating pressure washing equipment or similar power cleaning tools is highly preferred Strong understanding of safety standards related to high-pressure water systems and chemical use Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting minor equipment issues are a plus Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is desirable Join us if you’re energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to make surfaces shine!
