Assess each job site to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and equipment needed for optimal results. Prepare surfaces by removing debris, dirt, mold, mildew, graffiti, and other stains using specialized cleaning solutions when necessary. Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met. Communicate clearly with clients about project scope, progress, and any additional services required. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or damage during operations. Complete detailed service reports and document work performed for each project. Skills Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning without damaging surfaces. Ability to operate pressure washers and related tools with precision and safety awareness. Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members. Basic understanding of surface materials and cleaning techniques is preferred. Willingness to learn new skills related to pressure washing equipment maintenance and safety procedures. A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality results efficiently.
