Duties Prepare and twist pretzels according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate food preparation equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Manage food handling procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all customers. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including bussing tables and sanitizing equipment regularly to uphold sanitation standards. Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies, restocking ingredients, and ensuring freshness of all food items. Skills Experience in food preparation or working in quick service or fast food restaurants. Background with knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. Time management skills to food preparation needs for the next day. Customer service expertise with the ability to upsell products confidently while creating a welcoming environment. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
