Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Job Description: Orange Family Physicians | Orange & Madison, VA Orange Family Physicians is a deeply rooted, community-based physician-owned primary care practice seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. Quick Look: Schedule: Full-Time (4 days/week). Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexible start times. Optional but highly incentivized shared call rotation (1:10). Unmatched Support: Providers here are completely supported so they can focus purely on patient care. Work alongside a large team of Physicians and APPs with a 1:1 MA ratio, float nurses, on-site phlebotomy, a dedicated phone triage team, and in-house billing/referral teams. We also utilize cutting-edge AI dictation (Suki and DeepScribe) to eliminate administrative burden. Locations: Outpatient clinic in Orange, VA (with flexibility to also support Madison, VA location). Practice Overview: Supportive Environment: Work alongside a large team of 8 Primary Care Physicians, 3 NPs, and Physician Assistant supported by a 1:1 MA ratio, float nurses, on-site phlebotomy, a dedicated phone triage team, and in-house billing/referral teams.
