Spend 30 min. with ea. patient See patients every 3-4 months The model is part value-based care and part RVUs Not Medicare Advantage No Obama Care This is Private Medicare and Private patients Qualifications: Residency trained IM/FM Board Certified IM/FM No residents 2+ years.
