Job Description & Requirements Primary Care Physician Needed- 45 min to Santa Fe, NM StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - $ Exciting opportunity for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a well-established, physician-owned group in a thriving New Mexico community. This is an ideal position for someone seeking a balanced schedule, strong earning potential, and a clear path to partnership. Practice Highlights: Physician-owned group with 4 partners Established patient base with predominantly commercial and Medicare patients (minimal Medicaid) Manageable patient volume: approximately 14–16 patients per day (~2 per hour) Flexibility to incorporate procedures based on your scope of practice Flexible scheduling: 4- or 5-day work week (8s or 10s available) Phone-only call responsibilities Partnership opportunity available after 2 years Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary: Up to $275,000 $20,000 sign-on bonus (forgiven over 3 years) Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance $2,000 annual CME allowance Paid malpractice and licensing Generous PTO: 3 weeks vacation + 1 week CME Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and Simple IRA Community Highlights: This vibrant New Mexico community offers an exceptional quality of life and is home to a nationally recognized research institution.
