Description United Recovery Project (Genesis House) in Lake Worth, Florida is seeking a masters-level Primary Therapist to join our Detox and Residential Treatment Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, clinically skilled behavioral health professional who is passionate about treating substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and providing evidence-based, patient-centered care in a residential setting. About the Role The Primary Therapist will provide individual and group therapy, develop and maintain treatment plans, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support patients throughout detox and residential levels of care. Key Responsibilities of the Primary Therapist Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a detox and residential setting Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and clinical evaluations Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Treatment Team to develop and implement Master Treatment Plans Assist in discharge planning and coordinate continuity of care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with DCF, Joint Commission, and company standards Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training Support patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Maintain ongoing communicat
