Job Type Full-time Description Hanley Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to eliminate addiction through prevention, treatment, advocacy, and recovery support. We are currently seeking a Therapist to join our growing team at our state-of-the-art substance use/mental health treatment facility in sunny West Palm Beach, Florida. The Primary Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention, and consultation services. In this role, you will collaborate with other staff members to ensure patients receive the best care possible. Duties & Responsibilities for a Therapist: Provide therapy under the direction of the Clinical Director. Coordinate alcohol and drug use treatment services with the Clinical Director. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to treat a variety of mental health conditions and substance use disorders. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations that include social histories and other required treatment documentation. Provide and communicate aftercare recommendations to patients, family members, and the Continuum of Care department. Ensure that all relevant information is provided to the patients, the parents, or the patient's managing conservator weekly. Coordinate with the Clinical Director to ensure consistency of treatment. Conduct intakes and screenings on potential patients. Develop patient's treatment plans. Create discharge summaries and aftercare recommendations. Facilitate groups and lectures for patients. Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly for patients on caseload. Attend staff meetings as scheduled and as needed. <
