We are hiring a Primary Therapist to work with adults in SACOT and SAIOP programs. As a therapist, you will manage a reasonable caseload, provide individual and group therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, review referrals, and coordinate care with the team. Our supportive, team-oriented environment emphasizes clear expectations, supervision, and quality clinical work. We value professionalism, communication, and work to prevent burnout. Qualifications include an active NC license or associate license, LCAS certification, a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, and strong clinical skills.
