We are hiring a Primary Therapist to work with adults in SACOT and SAIOP programs. As a Primary Therapist, you will manage a caseload, provide individual therapy, facilitate group sessions, and develop individualized, measurable treatment plans. You will collaborate with the treatment team, complete accurate documentation, and participate in supervision and training. Our team values professionalism, clear communication, and quality clinical work, offering support to prevent burnout. Qualifications include an active NC license or associate license, LCAS certification, a master’s degree in a behavioral health field, and strong clinical skills.
