We are hiring a Primary Therapist to support adults in SACOT and SAIOP programs. As a Primary Therapist, you’ll manage a caseload, provide individual therapy, facilitate or support group sessions, and develop personalized, measurable treatment plans. You’ll collaborate with the treatment team, document accurately, and participate in supervision and training. Our team values professionalism, clear communication, and reasonable documentation standards, fostering a supportive environment to prevent burnout. Qualified candidates hold an active NC license, a Master’s degree in a related field, and are licensed LCAS; CADC-only credentials are not eligible.
