We are hiring a Primary Therapist to work with adults in SACOT and SAIOP programs. As a Primary Therapist , you will manage a reasonable caseload, providing individual therapy, developing measurable treatment plans, and supporting group therapy. You’ll collaborate with the clinical team, review assessments, and ensure accurate documentation. Our team values clear communication, supervision, and quality work, fostering a supportive environment that prevents burnout. Qualifications:** Active NC license or associate license, fully licensed LCAS, master’s in Counseling or related field, clinical writing skills, professionalism, and comfort with treatment planning. CADC-only credentials are not eligible. Compensation & Benefits:** $55,000-$65,000/year, with opportunities for growth, health/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off.
