Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager focusing on capital growth and network monetization. The Business Development Manager will identify and establish strategic partnerships, develop and execute business plans to drive growth, and manage key accounts. The role includes providing consulting services to maximize business opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual success. Who You Are This role is specifically designed for two types of high-performers: The Connector: You have a deep rolodex of business owners, developers, or founders who are currently seeking capital for expansion, real estate, or tech scaling. The Visionary: You have your own established business or project that is "funding-ready" and want to take the lead on navigating the capital raise process. • Identify and qualify potential funding opportunities within your existing network. Facilitate high-level introductions between project leads and our funding desk. Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication during the due diligence process. (Optional) Scale your own business by leveraging our capital channels. The Commission Structure (Transparent & Lucrative) We believe in rewarding the "boots on the ground" who bring the value. Our standard success fee is 10%, and we offer a transparent 50/50 split with our partners. Standard Referral: Earn 5% of the total success fee (half of the 10% total) for a warm, qualified introduction that closes. Negotiation Upside: We are open to increasing the total success fee beyond 10% if you believe the referral/client is comfortable with a higher rate for specialized services. In these cases, we maintain the 50/50 split on the higher amount (e.g., if you negotiate a 12% fee, you take 6%). Why Partner With Us?
