Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: provide an onsite presence for the onsite construction of major data centers by colocation providers, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with colocation providers to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Provide validation of schedules by comparing to progress in the field. Risk Evaluation: Independently analyze projects to evaluate the risk profiles associated with timely delivery, address gaps in risk identification and mitigation, and inform the business of associated potential impacts.
