Principal, Elementary School (2026/2027) 1.0 FTE

ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL A minimum of three years of teaching experience, successful leadership experience, knowledge of secondary curriculum, students and teaching strategies, excellent interpersonal communication skills, conflict resolution and problem solving skills, ability to work through a participatory and consensus-building decision-making process, ability to work effectively and contribute as a member of a team, and possess excellent oral and written skills. Salary/Benefits: Work Year: 210 days Salary placement is on the Leadership Team Salary Schedule. The current salary range is $148,114 - $175,913. An additional stipend of $1,500 for Masters/Doctorate; Health Competitive benefits package.
