Hardware Engineer Full Time Opportunity Fully Onsite Orange County, California Open to Senior, Staff, and Principal Level Engineers 300-500K Total Compensation Package-base, bonus, RSU's (Depending on experience/skillset) Job Description: This is a high‑impact hardware/board design hire aimed at modernizing and strengthening a long‑tenured team. Success requires deep hands‑on board‑level experience, strong judgment around high‑speed tradeoffs, and the ability to work effectively with manufacturing and assembly partners. Design and develop verification and evaluation boards for semiconductor IC products Translate design goals into hardware solutions, including: Package pin‑out feasibility Component selection and PCB material selection Stack‑up definition and schematic capture Perform PCB layout or guide layout designers; oversee simulation, fabrication, and assembly Address signal integrity, interconnects, and high‑speed routing considerations Participate in mechanical coordination for board outlines, stability, and simple fixtures/brackets Collaborate closely with Analog and digital IC design teams Package engineers DVT and product teams Lead design reviews and contribute to technical decision‑making forums Create documentation, support bring‑up and debug, and respond to questions on board usage and limitations
