Our ideal candidate is a fun and collaborative team player, comfortable working in a high-volume environment.PANEL INTERVIEWS ARE TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, MAY 28, 2026Under the general administrative direction of the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management or Human Resources/Risk Management Manager, this position performs a variety of professional, technical, and administrative duties to support the services of Human Resources and Risk Management Divisions. The Principal Human Resources Analyst assists with oversight of the daily work for the department and will perform complex analytical work in coordinating, monitoring, and overseeing recruitment and selections processes, employee relations, workers’ compensation, benefits administration, leave administration, general liability, and training programs.
