Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense. What You Will Do Manage non-conforming material intake, triage, prioritization, dispositioning, and return to operations process. Lead the facility's Material Review Board Process. Support the Quality Clinic in managing nonconforming material from suppliers and escapes. Resolving turnbacks to improve throughput and quality traceability. Investigate nonconforming material to determine root cause, identify corrective actions and track effectiveness. Review of engineering documentation to ensure it contains the necessary quality assurance and customer provisions and criteria. Collect and analyze data to identify adverse trends and improvement opportunities Perform as an integrated team leader with engineering and operations to investigate and correct various quality issues related to internal non-Conformances, product returns, supplier issues, customer complaints and corrective action requests with clear and concise reports to customers. Participate on cross-functional team projects to improve the overall organization Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer Proficient with Problem-solving and statistical analysis using quality tools (Pareto analysis, statistical process control, multi-variant DOE, 8D, etc.) Knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100 Knowledge of Document Control and Calibration systems. Project Management experience Preferred certifications - Lean Six Sigma Certification, ASQ CQA / CQE.
