Principal Revenue Operations Strategist

A company is looking for a Principal of Revenue Operations & Strategy (Post-Sales). Key Responsibilities Own post-sales analytics and maintain reporting infrastructure for churn, retention, and service adoption Design implementation tracking and handoff frameworks to improve visibility and efficiency between teams Develop a GMV growth framework through segmentation and cohort analysis to inform go-to-market decisions Required Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a Finance & Strategy role in a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled services company Proficient in HubSpot with experience building post-sales infrastructure and CRM integrations Experience in designing implementation tracking and handoff processes Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, capable of translating data into strategic recommendations A builder's mindset with a focus on documentation and scalable systems
