Job Description Role Summary As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will be responsible for supporting the management and reliability of Oracle databases and Exadata infrastructure (Production and Non-Production, primarily on-prem), including complex issue investigation, capacity management, scripting, and driving automation and operational improvements. You will triage alerts, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and contribute to continuous reliability, scalability, and standardization of the program. You will also participate in roadmap initiatives such as migrations to Oracle Cloud (OCI) and Oracle Autonomous Database. Location / Work Authorization / Clearance - Role is based in the United States. - U.S. citizenship required due to security clearance requirements. - No visa sponsorship available. - Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations of Oracle databases and Exadata (Prod and Non-Prod), including incident response and on-call support as needed (in alignment with local regulations). Triage database alerts and issues; perform deep-dive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventative actions. Perform capacity management, performance analysis, and reliability improvements for database platforms. Maintain and support Non-Production and Production Standby environments and associated replication/high availability capabilities (e.g., Data Guard; GoldenGate as applicable).
