Our team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts is looking for a candidate to join our world-class engineering team as a Principal Software Engineering Architect. The candidate is expected to be able to comprehend customer needs and translate them into viable architectural and design solutions. The selected candidate must also be able to use their sound and demonstrable understanding of software principles, theories and concepts related to software engineering, and demonstrate critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas well. What You Will Do Work together with the team to deliver great products for the user with the resources available Introduce modern architecture, design solutions and processes to improve the product Identify, manage and mitigate technical risks Help mentor and foster the team's technical and professional development Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience Experience architecting, multi-security level, mission-critical software systems Experience translating system requirements into scalable, implementable software architectures and guiding technical execution across teams Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
