Job Description As a Principal Transformation Technical Program Manager within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), you will develop and drive large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives that accelerate OCI's growth and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic leader who can operate at both the executive and execution levels-translating business priorities into actionable programs, aligning global stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes that align the strategic needs of the business. You will oversee complex, high-visibility programs spanning data center capacity delivery, operational scaling, and process improvement. Partnering closely with cross functional teams, you will ensure programs are structured, executed, and measured with precision.
