Role Description We are seeking a full-time Principal Broker for our on-site location in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Principal Broker will oversee brokerage operations, transaction management, compliance procedures, and document review processes across our growing portfolio of new construction relationships, serving as seller representatives for residential developments and builder partners. This role will work closely with company leadership to help scale NuResi’s operations, develop brokerage systems and processes, mentor team members, and support the company’s expansion into multiple states through additional broker licensing and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is both highly detail-oriented and growth-minded, capable of building strong industry relationships while ensuring operational excellence across all transactions. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, brokerage operations, compliance, and new construction sales processes Proven experience managing transaction coordination, contract review, and document compliance procedures Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor agents and help grow a high-performing team Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Active Utah Principal Broker license required Willingness and ability to become licensed in additional states as the company expands Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with clients, builders, and industry partners Proficiency with real estate transaction management software and CRM systems preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated track record of successful real estate leadership and operational management**
