Print Machine Operator

Job Summary:Do you have strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work? We are seeking a seasoned Printing Machine Operator to join our production team, who will use their expertise to keep printing running effectively.From daily Set up and follow through with deadlines.Must also be able to troubleshoot issues and monitor the quality throughout the printing process.Attention to detail and technical skills a must to maintain high-quality printed products for our diverse customer base.In addition to technical skill, we are also looking for someone with creativity and innovation related to products design.Full Time/ Year Round - In Person - Monday - Friday 8:00am-3:30pm Compensation $17.00-$21.00 commensurate with experience Job Responsibilities: Must be able to lift 40 lbs.Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.-Monitor automated operating systems and respond to faults, error, or alert messages. Perform frequent quality checks, understands specific requirements for each job, making adjustments for size, color and material. Prepare art for printing in the computer programs.Specifically, Adobe Suite -Maintains production records -Fills customer orders by packaging sold items and prepares documentation for direct shipping or transferring orders to manufacturers or third-party distributors.Must be experienced in operating industrial machinery - Change plates for various hot stamping production.-Clean, oil, or troubleshoot machines or make minor repairs, using hand tools.-Input production job settings into workstation terminals that control automated systems.-Feed products through machine cylinders and adjust feed and tension controls. Load product and make necessary adjustments, according to product size.-Secure printing plates to print units and adjust tolerances.-Fill and Clean ink fountains, plates, or printing unit cylinders when machine runs are completed.Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent qualification.-Previous experience with industrial printing is preferred but not required -Strong communication skills Job Type:Full-time Pay:$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours:35 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Cape May Court House, NJ 08210 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Cape May Court House, NJ 08210:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
